1. Collect
We take your uncured rubber waste in mixed format, uncontrolled in thickness, orientation and weight.
The rubber waste can have a mixture of rubber compounds, reinforced materials, and be agglomerated in a single mass. We can process all variations.
2. Recover
We recover single compounds from fabric and metal friction waste streams.
We recover metal in clean format for easier higher value recycling.
We recover fabric from mixed waste feedstock for additional downstream recycling. We have the possibility to separate PET from Nylon and to remove RFL dips so that the fibres can be recycled.
3. Reuse
Clean and pure rubber straight back into tires.

Only 300kg of CO₂ per tonne of reusable product; a radical reduction versus using virgin raw materials.
4. Work with us
We process small scale samples (e.g. 25 kg) at our facility and ship materials back to you for testing.
We install a fully containerised RECIRCLE facility at your plant of choice to showcase the quality and reliability of RECIRCLE’S technology and provide industrial scale samples in standard formats for industrial production and extended tire lifecycle testing.
